Standing at 178 cm tall and weighing about 68 kg, Le Jingyi was one of the best female swimmers China can ever possess. She won four gold medals in the 7th World Championship in Sep 1994. She won the sole swimming gold medal for China in Altanta's Centennial Olympics (1996).
